In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "786wi," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 786wi platform accessible at 786wi.net, a company incorporated and licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service offered on the 786wi platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the 786wi registration process, identified by the player's registered Pakistani mobile number.
• "Platform" means the 786wi website at 786wi.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account management features accessible through that domain.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which 786wi accounts are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to an account by 786wi under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR deposited directly by the player, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

By accessing the 786wi Platform, registering for an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 786wi Platform and not register for or maintain an Account.

786wi reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use a 786wi Account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 786wi may at any time request documentary evidence of your age and identity. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 786wi. This restriction applies regardless of the mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address used. Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep that information updated throughout the lifetime of your Account. 786wi is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a player.

3.4 Verification. 786wi may, at any stage, request identity verification documents including but not limited to a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or utility bill. Accounts may be restricted or closed if satisfactory verification is not provided within a reasonable period. Verification requirements comply with 786wi's international licensing obligations.

3.5 Jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. 786wi makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensing territory. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so at their own risk.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786wi Login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

4.2 786wi will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 786wi and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 786wi support immediately.

4.3 You must notify 786wi immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Until 786wi receives such notification, any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals initiated — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

4.4 786wi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) on your Account. This feature is available within Account Security Settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

5.1 786wi accepts PKR deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Debit Card. Available methods and minimum/maximum limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

5.2 Deposits to 786wi must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. 786wi will not process deposits from third-party accounts. Attempts to deposit using another person's payment method may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

5.3 786wi does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which 786wi accepts no liability.

5.4 Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance. Deposit transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed, except where required by applicable law or 786wi's responsible gaming policies.

6.1 786wi may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement and any game-type contribution restrictions will be clearly stated in the promotion details.

6.3 Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are maintained as separate balances within your 786wi Account. Real Money Funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6.4 786wi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or reclaim Bonus Funds from an Account where: (a) there is evidence of bonus abuse; (b) the player has breached these Terms; or (c) the bonus was issued in error.

6.5 Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; exploiting low-house-edge games to complete wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.

6.6 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. A player who has previously held a 786wi Account under any mobile number or identity is not eligible for new-player promotions.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the payment method most recently used to make a deposit on your Account, or to a verified payment instrument registered in your name. 786wi applies this policy as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

7.2 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification requirements have been satisfied. This includes submission and approval of a valid CNIC or equivalent identity document where required by 786wi's compliance team.

7.3 Standard processing times for approved withdrawals: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically within 5 to 30 minutes during operational hours; bank transfers — up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain confirmation times.

7.4 786wi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its compliance team's discretion. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where such documentation is requested and not yet received.

7.5 A minimum withdrawal amount applies; the current minimum is displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account dashboard at the time of request.

7.6 786wi does not process withdrawals to payment instruments that were not previously used to deposit on the Account, except where the original deposit method is no longer available and alternative arrangements are agreed with 786wi support.

8.1 All bets and wagers placed on 786wi are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being bet on, as displayed within the Platform. In all cases, those specific rules are supplemental to, and consistent with, these Terms.

8.2 Bets placed on sporting events — including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other markets available on 786wi — are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and 786wi's sportsbook terms as published within the betting section of the Platform.

8.3 786wi uses independently certified game software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are available within the game information panel. Live dealer games operate according to the published rules of the respective game variant.

8.4 In the event of a technical fault or malfunction during a game or bet, 786wi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's Account. Any winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction will not be honoured.

8.5 786wi's decision on all matters relating to the outcome of bets, settlement of games, and application of rules shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 16.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786wi Platform. Any player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any balance potentially forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual to create an Account for the purpose of circumventing restrictions applicable to that individual;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any game mechanic;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing anomalies in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play;
• Engaging in match-fixing, result manipulation, or the use of inside information in connection with any bet placed on 786wi;
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any shared game format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose;
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another individual, or using payment methods that belong to a third party;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction through your payment provider in bad faith after having benefited from the deposited funds on the Platform.

10.1 All content on the 786wi Platform — including but not limited to the 786wi name and logo, game interfaces, software, design, graphics, text, and all other materials — is the property of 786wi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of 786wi's intellectual property — including scraping, framing, or reproducing Platform content on third-party websites — is expressly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

11.1 786wi is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all sections of the Platform. The Platform is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income, and players should never wager more than they can afford to lose.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 786wi account holders and can be activated at any time from within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account;
• Loss Limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period — temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from accessing 786wi for a minimum period of 6 months.

11.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted to 786wi will take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, 786wi will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform and from receiving marketing communications.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786wi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

12.2 786wi does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or security vulnerabilities, or that results generated by the Platform are error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability.

12.3 786wi's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.1 786wi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a 786wi Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 786wi will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is shared only where required by 786wi's licensing obligations, fraud detection processes, or payment processing requirements.

13.3 You have the right to request access to the personal data 786wi holds about you and to request correction of inaccurate data. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

14.1 786wi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 786wi will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to the Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

14.2 Non-material changes — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or amendments required by changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

14.3 It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786wi is incorporated and licensed. That jurisdiction's courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, to the extent not resolved through the dispute process in Section 16.

15.2 Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. 786wi makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate for use in any specific location.

16.1 If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about a service received, or a dispute regarding your Account, please contact 786wi's support team in the first instance:

16.2 786wi aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Complex matters involving account investigations or third-party payment providers may require additional time; 786wi will communicate timelines to the player in such cases.

16.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through 786wi's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to the regulatory authority responsible for supervising 786wi's gaming licence. Details of the relevant authority are available on request from 786wi support.

16.4 786wi's decision on any matter relating to the settlement of bets, game outcomes, or application of these Terms — following completion of the internal complaints process — shall be final and binding. Players agree that they will not seek resolution through third-party legal action until the internal complaints process has been exhausted.
